Log into your e-mail account. Click the OPTIONS link in the far top right corner. Click the ACCOUNT INFORMATION link on from the menu on the left side of the page. Yahoo will ask you to re-enter your password. Your ID card will appear on the following page. In the first section click the CHANGE PASSWORD link. In the first blank, enter your current password. In the next two blanks, type in the password you want to change it to. Then just click SAVE.

sign into your yahoo account and see your account. it's on your Review My Account Information page. At the top, it says "change password". Click on that, and follow the instuctions.

You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. Visit http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_forgot... and supply some basic verification information, such as your birthday and the ZIP or postal code you provided when you registered.
Make sure to provide the same information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information, you will not be able to obtain a new password.
