The first paragraph is as follows:

The agent is listed below:

Agent Name: Mr. Franklin Morgan.

I believe someone is using Yahooo and Windows Live to scam people.

Do you send me an award email?[yaho_awarrd 18 (yaho_awarrd18@hotmail.co.uk)] Is the address. Is this legimiate
This is a SCAM. Check out the below link for confirmation of several email scams including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scam and how to report them:

http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lo...

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

Reply:Do not give out any personal information. These people are criminals ! Check the full header of the email and look for the "reply to" line. Then notify the hosting provider ( for example ...Yahoo.com ) of this fraudulent activity. Enclose a copy of the full header and the content of the letter. All good companies will shut down that particular email account . Note that the reply to line in the header may not be the same as the senders address due to them attempting to conceal the source of the mail , and any link in the mail itself may read differently than the reply to line in the header, again in an attempt to conceal their real identity. There are many sites with advice on handling these fraudsters, just search the net using terms such as "419 scam" . Good Luck.....and again, NEVER give out your personal info to these people.
Reply:It's scam and spam.

I truly think that Yahoo should protect their rights to their name Yahoo..
Reply:Its a scam...i have received ones also!! delete the messages and warn others until you can figure out how to report them...i don't know yet how to do that.
