If you want to email someone from Yahoo answers forum, then click on their avatar to get to their profile page. Next to their avatar there will be links to either:
email steadfast 1
IM
360
what ever the person allows, you can click on the links. Some do not allow any contact.
If you want to send an email (not beta style):
Sign into your email
Click on 'inbox'
Click on 'compose' button, located just below the file tabs of mail/addresses/calendar/notepad. Next page, type what you want to say in the compose area, insert the address %26amp; hit the send button.
