There's not much you can do if you don't remember your question and answer. I will never understand how people can forget that. I always make sure it's something I can't possibly forgot... like my mother's maiden name. Or a pet's name. But then again, I make my passwords something I can't forget too. Good Luck. Just think about it. You must've selected a question and answer for something you though you wouldn't forget. Try several possibilities. You may come up with it.
